WHAT is it? 6 Week challenge to start 2019 RIGHT, clean up your diet, guide you to make good quality and quantity food choices using the Zone diet principles, and adopt long term healthy lifestyle choices.
WHEN is it? 13 January, 2019 12 pm - 2 pm at our WEST LOCATION
- intro meeting to go over program and meet your challenge team! (We can skype you in or make alternative arrangements if you unable to attend this meeting)
- 14 January 2019 - Start of challenge.
- Challenge 1 and 2 we lost a combined total of xx pounds, our participants slept better, preformed better in the gym, numbers PRs were hit and most importantly healthy lifelong habits were created.
